• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the planning work has been delivered to you.
• We are not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or disappointments arising from changes to park events, ride closures, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control after your consultation has been delivered.
• We do not sell, book, or manage theme park tickets, hotel reservations, or travel arrangements on your behalf. All bookings remain your sole responsibility.
